自家乳酪
之前膽粗粗的跟人乾用室溫培養乳酪, 放了十一小時多才凝固, 比較流質. 吃時也有點擔心會肚痛! 幸好沒事.
還是不能慳電, 用
麵包機感覺可靠一點.
這次用
Meiji + 維記高鈣低脂牛奶,平常用的十字牌賣光了!下重手一點,下了1.5 湯匙. 八小時後一看已完全
凝固! 比之前快, 質地也比之前的結實, 口感也好些.
可沿用這組合!
