照燒汁焗雞扒烏冬
一向喜歡吃照燒汁. 這次雞扒不夠入味, 下次醃久一點. 又唔夠汁. 加些汁在焗盤呢, 汁就會燶了, 下次要另外煮些汁.

我轉了焗. 哈, 怕煎燶或唔熟!
醃料:
日本料理酒 1湯匙
日本醬油 2湯匙
味醂(mirin) 2湯匙
糖 1湯匙
醃15分鐘, 200度皮向下焗8分鐘拿出反轉再焗8分鐘.
