第四堂麵包班:吉士忌廉包,扭紋杏仁條及南瓜包
這堂要包
南瓜及
custard餡,
濕濕的custard好難包呢,第一個搞到成手都是
custard!
扭紋看似好易但實際不. 造型好難. 我弄的都是醜
醜的.
老實說, 我還未用機弄造型包, 都是在造吐司, 手搓包跟吐司口感當然是不能相比.
麵包班造出來的口感是超級軟綿綿.
